Aurora 4K Perforated Ambient Light Rejection

Perfect image quality or high-definition sound? Why not both?

The Aurora ALR perforated offers the same exceptional video projection capabilities of the top of the line Aurora ALR, with micro perforations for acoustic transparency.

This means you don’t have to compromise with the image or sound. Aurora ambient light rejection uses nanoparticles embedded in the screen surface to reflect ambient light back towards the source and away from the audience.

The micro-perforations are so small they are nearly unnoticeable to the naked eye, and completely invisible when your projector is on.  Audio waves coming from your speakers can easily pass through, making for an acoustically transparent screen and the best image resolution you’ve ever seen.

Multiple Layers of Light Rejection Technology all in One Screen

We’ve engineered our signature ALR material with multiple layers, offering you the best optical light rejection capabilities in the market. From the reinforced backing that blocks light from going out of the screen; to high reflectivity screen substrate, reflective nanoparticle treatment and smooth optic layer, all of your screen’s components ensure excess light is reflected while your content is enhanced and brightened.

Nanotechnology Engineered to Enhance Your Content

Scattered light is the reason your projections might not be looking as neat as you need them to. That’s why we’ve designed a screen material that incorporates reflective nanoparticles. These tiny particles reflect excess light, guaranteeing the only light you see is the one coming from your projector.

Life Has Never Looked So Bright

In the past, even the smallest light used to mean a washed out display. Not anymore. Our signature Ambient Light Rejection screen guarantees enhanced color saturation even in brightly lit rooms. After years of research, we’ve developed a screen that rejects off axis sources of light and amps up color contrast and intensity. That means you’ll enjoy more vivid images in brilliant colors.

Micro-perforated Technology for Clear and Crisp Audio

Placing speakers behind the screen can be tricky. Our acoustically transparent perforated screens were engineered to solve this. The near invisible micro-perforations were incorporated into the material in order to allow you to place speakers directly behind the screen, with virtually zero audio quality loss. This makes for a more immersive viewing experience, as the sound appears to be coming directly from the image.

Engineered to have the best of both worlds

Achieve true high-definition, rain or shine, with a light rejection screen that doesn’t skimp on image quality. Minuscule micro-perforations allow sound to pass through without degrading pixel projection capabilities: colors and shadows alike are presented exactly as they are supposed to, making the most out of your 1080p and 4K projector. Every detail is perfectly clear and sharp, even with the lights on!
